Concept Design
Concept designs are produced from sketches to 3D sill renders. Plan and elevation drawings can also be provided in CAD format for a different perspective of how the feature will be incorporated into the project architecture. Reference images are also included.
AutoCAD & BIM Design
MEP design drawings are provided in AutoCAD DWG file along with a reference pdf. We can also provide these drawings in Revit which can then be incorporated into the BIM of the project.
Tender Services
A tender design package includes final approved drawings, design brief and written specifications. Clear design and guidelines allows the client to compare installation contractors on a like for like basis enabling them to select the most qualified company. Aquashi will respond to contractor queries, design clarifications and assist the client/consultant in the review of tender proposals.
Supervision
Aquashi provides supervision services worldwide during installation, testing and commissioning and post contract (defects and liability period). This includes review and approval of material submittals, supervision of pipe pressure testing, pipe routing, equipment installation and finishing.
