All our products come with technical documentation for supply and installation. Our engineers are on hand to assist you with any questions or issues that may arise during or after construction. If any problems were to arise with one of our products, our after sales support team will be ready to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We also offer guidance in water feature construction and assistance in water management. If you are designing a water feature or swimming pool we would be happy to review your drawings to ensure our equipment is correctly incorporated into the design with accurate calculations and design considerations taken into account.
We believe innovation is important when creating beautiful water features which is why our testing facility allows our technicians to continually create and test custom products and effects. All customized products are tested prior to shipment to ensure they perform as intended. Readings are taken to measure flow and pressure to ensure an appropriate pump has been selected. Our LED lights are run continuously with temperature readings evaluated.
As part of our quality policy we are constantly testing, developing and improving our product range to ensure the highest standards are met.
